At Swiftwick, we stand behind the quality of our performance socks; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unworn socks in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
